摘　　要：Ginseng belongs to the Araliaceae plant (Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer). The ginseng in Jilin Province is most famous in China as well as in foreign countries. Ginseng is gathered at White Dew (15th solar term). Heavy ginseng sweets can be smelt in the Changbai mountainous area.
