摘 要:显生宙期间,中国南部的构造属性曾几经转化。加里东旋回,那里有扬子准地台、华南加里东褶皱带、印支—南海准地台3个单元,其中华南加里东褶皱系并不是一个碰撞造山带,而是一个向滇越呈剪刀状张开的拗拉槽型冒地槽褶皱系;印支旋回,华南处于特提斯构造域的范畴,但那里并不存在深海洋盆;晚三叠世以来,特别是燕山造山阶段,华南属亚洲东部滨太平洋大陆边缘活化带的一部分。中国南部大陆内部并不存在阿尔卑斯式造山带。The tectonic nature of southern China has Changed again and again in the Phanerozoic. In the Caledonian cycle, there existed three tectonic units the Yangtze paraplatform, the Indosinian-South China Sea paraplatform and, in between, the scissors-shaped aulacogen-type South China geosyncline opening towards Yunnan and Vietnam. Hence, the Caledonian South China orogenic belt is by no means a collisional one. In the Indosinian cycle, South China, a shallow Tethys rather than an oceanic basin, belonged to the Tethyan tectonic domain. Since the Late Triassic, especially in the Yanshanian orogenic period, South China, being closely related to the Japan-Ryukyu-Taiwan-Palawan tectonic belt, underwent intense tectono-magmatic activation and became an important component of the peri-Pacific continent-marginal activation belt in eastern China. The Banxi Group and Lengjiaxi Group are not mélanges, but pre-Sinian strata of conclu sive evidence; the 'Jiangnan land' is not a collisional belt between the 'South China terrane' (or Huanan terrane) and the 'Yangtze terrane', but an anticlinorium of polycyclic tectonism. The Jiangnan anticlinorium, lying in the transitional zone between the South China orogen and the Yangtze paraplatform, does not display any large Alpine-type overthrust and nappe, though compression and gravity-glide overthrusting occurred there from Late Mesozoic to Tertiary. No Alplne-type orogenic belt is present in the continental interior of southern China.
