摘  要:介绍SiC晶须增韧陶瓷刀具材料的研制、物理机械性能及微观结构的特点。切削实验表明,这种刀具切削奥氏体不锈钢时性能优越,其磨损形态有独特的特点。对晶须增韧效果作了有限元应力分析,证明在不同的晶须排布方向上其增韧效果有差异,同时也影响刀具的磨损性能。Introduces the physicomechanical properties and microstructure charateristics of the SiC wishker reinforced material for ceramic cutting tool developed by Shandong Polytecnic University. Cutting experiment showes: in circumstances of cutting austenite stainless steel, the cutting behaviour of this ceramir tool is better than that of carbide tools; the build-up edge is absent at its cutting edge and the wear is normol; but the wear form is unique. In order to study the wishker toughening effect, the stress analysis by finite element method is made. The result indicates: 1)different orientation of wishker arrangement attains distinct effect; 2)twear resistance may be improved, if the surface which is vertical to whishker orientation used as rake face; 3)suitable bonding strength between wishkers and matrix, lightest orientation and cotrollable aspect ratio of wishkers are able to make the toughening effect well.
