摘　　要：以磷酸酯为主要成份,根据不同需要和油井情况,加入其它表面活性剂和各种溶剂,配制成不同比重、不同闪点和不同凝固点的五种清蜡剂,形成 BJ 系列产品。室内溶蜡和脱蜡试验评定表明,该系列清蜡剂的清蜡效果优于目前某些油田使用的 SAE 乳液清蜡剂和 HQ 清蜡剂。江汉、辽河、冀东、大港、任邱、大庆、胜利和南阳等油田用 BJ 系列清蜡剂进行了现场试验。试验的油井有抽油机井、自喷井、枯井和气井。试验的方法有连续加药法、间歇加药法和挤入地层法。实验结果表明,加入 BJ 清蜡剂后,油井热洗周期普遍延长一倍以上,并收到了增产、稳产的良好效果,某些井的产量大幅度增加。By using phosphonate ester as a main component,according to the different needs and the situation of wells,then adding other surfactants and various solvents,five paraffin remo- vers with different specific gravity,flash point and pour point are made.From both paraffin dissolving and removal tests in laboratory,it has been shown that the paraffin removal effect of the paraffin removers of BJ series products are better than that of both SAE emulsion paraffin remover and HQ paraffin remover which are now being used in some oil fields.The BJ series products have been testing in Jianghan,Liaohe,Jidong,Dagang,Ren- qiu,Daqing,Shengli,Subei and Nanyang oil fields.The wells being tested include pump- ing,flowing,dread,and gas wells.The methods of injecting chemicals include continuous, batch and squeeze jobs.And the results have proved that the hot waterflushing interval time is usually at least over twice as long as it was before and the good results of increas- ing and stabilizing the production of wells are obtained and some wells get very high out- put after injecting BJ series products into the wells.One dread gas well in Liaohe Oil Field after treatment with BJ-1 produces over 20000 m^3 of natural gas per day.The No 15128 well in Shuguang Production Factory in Liaohe Oil Field had been treated with acid and injecting steam without success.After a program of squeezing BJ-30 into this well performed and followed by acid treatment and injecting steam in situ,the oil production of this well increases from 4.45 to 37.3 tons per day on average,the highest production being 65 tons per day.A treatment program is performed in which the BJ-4 is added into the casing of Meiao-102 well in Jidong oil Field by using batch method,the dosage is 24 kg every three days.After treatment,the production of this well increases from 47 to 60 tons per day and the production is very stable.A nearly dread pumping well,Wang 43-11,in Jianghan Oil Field is treated with BJ lby using continuous injecting method,the dosage is 1.25 kg per day.After
