振动作业工人振动觉阈值测定意义的研究

摘　　要：本文用AU-02A型振动觉测定仪测定了172名接振工人和308名对照者的振动觉阈值。结果表明,接振组各指的振动觉阈值高于对照组,且两组间有极显著性差异;振动觉阈值的变化与指别、性别无关;振动觉阈值的改变出现较早,且随工龄、年龄的增长而明显增高;接振组白指者的振动觉阈值明显地高于非白指者。认为用该法测定振动觉阈值可作为局部振动病的早期诊断和诊断指标之一。The measurement of the threshold of seismesthesia between 172 workers with vibration exposure and 308 controls were reported by using the AU-02A type device. The results showed that the TS of each finger in exposed workers appeared to be higher than that of control with statistical significance. The variation of TS did not relate to the specificity of fingers and sex of the workers. However the variation occured rather early and increased rather obviously with the increase of age and length of service. Since TS of those exposed workers with white-finger appeared to be clearly higher than those without whitefinger, it suggested that AU-02A type Seismesthesia Measuregraph could be used as one of the diagnostic indices for local vibration disease at early stage.
