精索静脉曲张不育症患者精液环核苷酸与精液质量关系的探讨

摘　　要：本文用放射免疫分析法测定了38例精索静脉曲张不育症者精液中环核苷酸(cAMP和cGMP)水平。发现在不同精子密度的两组精液中cAMP含量有显著性差异(P<0.01);精子密度与cAMP含量呈密切的正相关(P<0.01)。在不同精子活力的两组间其cAMP和cGMP含量均有显著性差异(P<0.01);精子活力与cAMP和cGMP含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。说明cAMP含量与精子的密度有关,精子活力与cAMP及cGMP含量关系密切。作者认为环核苷酸在生殖细胞的生长成熟及其功能活动中起着直接或间接的调节作用。The levels of cyclic nucleotides (cAMP and cGMP) in semen were estimated using radioimmunoassay teeniques in 38 infertile men with varicocele. The results showed that there were significant differences between various concen- trations of spermatozoa and the level of cyclic AMP in semen (P<0.01); the density of spermatozoa and the level of cyclic AMP had a significant correlation (P<0.01). There were also significant differences between various sperm motilities and the levels of cyclic AMP and cyclic GMP in semen(P<0.01), the sperm motility and the levels of cyclic AMP and cyclic GMP had a significant correlation (P<0.05), The results indicate that the level of cyclic AMP is connected with the density of spermatozoa. there is a close relationship between the motility of sperm and the levels of cyclic AMP and cyclic GMP. It is suggested that cyclic nucleotides may be involved directly or indirectly in the regulation of the growth and function of genital cells.
