摘　　要：本文系统地观察了自然感染性鼠痘与实验性鼠痘的临床表现与病理形态学特征;讨论了鼠痘病理形态诊断的依据以及鼠痘与小鼠其它常见传染病的鉴别诊断要点;并采用免疫酶组织化学PAP技术,检测了鼠痘存档石蜡块中鼠痘病毒抗原在各脏器中的定位形态特点与分布规律。其目的在于将病理组织学诊断与特异性病原诊断,在形态学上结合起来,以达到早期、快速、准确的诊断目的。We have experimentally observed the clinical manifestation and pathological changes caused by natural and experimental mouse-pox infections in mice, described those morphological characteristics of the inclusion body at the skin lesions, liver and some other organs,also suggested the differential diagnosis of mouse-pox from hepatitis, TYZZER's and disease and typhoid in mice. The cellular localization of Ectromelia viral antigen by immunohistochemical technique(PAP)was also studied.
