流行性出血热病毒在地鼠肾细胞中增殖动态的形态学及形态发生学研究

摘　　要：用普通电镜及免疫电镜对流行性出血热病毒(EHFV)不同毒株感染地鼠肾细胞(GHKC)的形态及形态发生学特点、其特征性包含体的形态及感染细胞超微结构的改变,以及感染后不同天数的病毒增殖动态进行了观察。Two strains of EHFV were studied by means of thin-section electron mic- roscopy.The results showed that the EHFV were adapted to growth and were sensible to GHK cells.The Morphology and morphogenesis of the two strains viruses are similar to that which was observed by Hung T.Three distinctive typs of viral inclusion bodies were identified also in EHFV infected GHK cells.the bodies have common morphological marker with that which was reported by Hung T.We observed ultrastructural changes of infected cells and dynamic circumstance of EHFV replication in the different days during infection process.
