恶性疟原虫对咯萘啶、青蒿琥酯敏感性现场体外测定  被引量:8

摘  要:1988年7~10月在滇南的勐腊县,应用Rieckmann体外微量测定技术在自制涂药板中测定了恶性疟原虫对氯喹、咯萘啶及青蒿琥酯的敏感性。结果显示,氯喹与4年前和8年前相比,抗性率无明显变化;抗性程度呈下降趋势。咯萘啶的测定结果与对氯喹敏感株Fccl/HN的测定结果相似;少数病例的疟原虫对青蒿琥酯的敏感性低于Fccl/HN。对比测定结果显示,当地恶性疟原虫对上述三种药物无交叉抗性。咯萘啶、青蒿琥酯涂药板各药井中裂殖体形成数同氯喹板一样随药物浓度增加而依次减少。说明本文方法涂制的咯萘啶、青蒿琥酯板药性稳定,测定结果可靠,可用于现场敏感性监测。This paper reports results of the in vitro response of P, falciparum to chloroquine(n32), pyronaridine(n24) and Artesunate(n20) in Mengla coun-ty Yunnan province in China 1988. Finally 96,6%P. falciparum was shown to be resistant to Chloroqine ED50was133. lnM, it was lower than that 4 and 8 years ago. Pyronaridine ED50 was12. 5nm, it was the same susceptibility as Fccl/HN susceptibility to chloroquine. Artesunate ED50 was 6.2nM, it was light hight Fccl/HN. The results suggests that P. falciparum had high resistance to chloroqu-ine and most of the cases were sensitance to pyronaridine and artesunate but a few cases artersunate resistance were incipient. Pyronaridind and Artesunate-coated plates can now be used as a promising tool for the surveillance of the sensitivity of the two drugs
