胎儿监护仪的临床应用

摘　　要：本文使用美国Corometrics公司生产的115型胎儿监护仪对118例高危妊娠进行了监护,及时予测了胎儿情况并正确指导治疗。本组剖腹产率48.33％,围产儿死亡率8.47‰,同期剖腹产率21.86％,新生儿死亡率19.91‰,两者均有显著差异(P<0.01),说明胎儿监护仪的使用有助于提高围产儿的存活率。118 cases of high risk pregnancy were monited by using Fetal Monitor Type 115 made by Corometriccs Co. Ltd. U. S. A. It had prejudged the fetal conditions and directed the treatment timely and correctly. For monitor group, the cesarean section rate was 48.33% and neonate death rate was 8.47‰. While those of control were 21.86% and 19.91‰ respectively. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). The data show that appli- cation of fetel monitor helps to raise the neonate survivai rate.
