短毛五加总甙抗实验性心肌缺血及降低血清游离脂肪酸研究

摘　　要：本文以开掘本省热带药物资源为旨,用生化、电生理指标及结合形态学方法对人参、剌五加的同科植物短毛五加进行了研究。实验结果表明药物能降低心肌缺血损伤程度和范围,作用机理可能与减少结扎冠脉家兔的血清游离脂肪酸及乳酸有关,其作用特点与心得安有很多类似之处。This article represents the result of experiment of Acanthopanax gracilistylius Var pubescens(Pampanin)Li, the same subject of Panax ginseng and Ciwujia, in animals.If propranolol(Pro 2mg/kg)and Saponins of Acanthopanax gracilistylius Var pubescent(Pampanin)Li (AGVPS 150mg/kg) are used separately, the free fatty acid of serum and lactic acid in myocardial ischetnid can be decreased significantly. The result shows that AGVPS can reduce to some extent the severity of myocardial ischemia. The mechanism is likely to be related to the reduction of free fatty acid of serum and lactic acid in rabbits with BLV ligation. And its feacture of action is probaby the same as Pro in many ways. Therefore it is important to make full use of local tropical natural remedies for treatment of cartain diseases.
