摘　　要：龙牡壮骨是一个治疗佝偻病的复方。药理实验证明,大鼠口服维甲酸或切除睾丸后,都可造成骨质病变,血清中Ca、P、25(OH)D含量下降。再经龙牡壮骨方药治疗后可以使血清中Ca、P、25(OH)D明显增加,已破坏的骨质也有一定恢复。Long Mu Zhuang Gu Powder is a Prtscription for Treating Rickets. Pharmacolog- cal eviden that the administration of Long Mu Zhuang Gu powder can raise markedly the lowered level Ca P and 25(OH)D in osteoprosis rat induced by oral adm-inistration of retinoic acid or orchiectomized,the damaged bone can also be restored to nomal to a certain extent.
