溶栓丸对家兔实验性血栓形成的影响

摘　　要：溶栓丸以蚯蚓干燥粉末为主要成分。利用家兔体外颈总动脉—颈外静脉血流旁路法,观察到溶栓丸0.02g/kgiv或lg/kg灌胃对实验性血栓形成的抑制率分别为77％和24.7％。A carotid-jugular extracopfeal shunt was made in rabbits. A 50 mm length of silk thread was placed in the shunt. Twenty min after the restoration of blood flow in the shunt, the wet weight of thrombus formed on the thread was measured. The thrombus weight was significantly reduced when infusion of thrombolytic pill was given 20 mg/kg intravenously or 1 g/kg orally. The thrombus weight of control group was 44.2+11.7mg, and that of medicated group was 15.7+6.2mg or 32.5+ 5.3mg respectively. The thrombus inhibitory rate was 77.1% or 24.7%.
