摘　　要：本文观察蜂花粉的抗衰老作用。结果表明用油菜蜂花粉浸过的桑叶喂饲家蚕,能使家蚕幼虫和成虫的寿命延长;在果蝇的基础培养基中加入油菜花粉,能延长果蝇的平均寿命。给老年大鼠喂饲含葵花蜂花粉的饲料连续二个半月,能明显减少大鼠心、肝组织过氧化脂质,并使血清、肝脏的胆固醇、甘油三酯含量降低。上述结果表明蜂花粉有较好的抗衰老作用。This paper reports the evaluation of anti-senility efficacy of Bee pollen in experimental animals.The results of observation are as follows: (l)After 1% Bee pollen of Brassia campestris L.was fed to male fruit fly, the adults were found to yield an increase of 7.5% in mean life span. The life span of fruit fly was increased by 11.6% in 0.3% Vit E, used as reference drug group. (2) The effect of the Bee pollen of Brassia campestris L. on prolonging the mean life span in both young and adult Chinese silkworms was shown, and the amount of forage was not attected.(3) Bee pollen of Helinthus annuus L. was given orally in a dose of 10g/day for 2.5 months in elderly rats. As compared with the control, it was shown that lipid peroxide level of liver and heart tissue were lowered, while serum cholesterol,and triglyceride,liver cholesterol and trilyceride were also obviously reduced. These results proved that Bee pollen have the effect of slowing down aging process.
