摘 要:本文根据热传导理论,利用优化设计的原理,建立了一种求解受热导体表面温度的差分逼近外推计算方法,用以将掩埋式热电偶传感器所测导体内部某点温度外推到导体受热表面。通过计算和实验的验证表明,该方法具有较高的精度,且外推层厚度大,可有效的计算一维单一或复合材料构成的半无限大物体的导热及处理大厚度外推层火炮膛壁表面温度的测试问题。This paper establishes a difference-approachlng extrapolation method for solving the surface temperature of heated conductors, based on theory of heat-transfer, and with the help of the optimal design principle. The temperature at a point in the conductors is extrapolated to the heated surface. Calculation and experiments show that this method has good stability, high accuracy and thick extrapolated layer. This method can be used to calculate heattransfer problems of onedimension and for the measurement of surface temperatures of gun barrels with thick extrapolated layers.
