摘 要:中国沙蟒属(Eryx Daudin)的分类一直存在着争议。本文在传统分类的基础上,又从染色体组型和晶状体蛋白聚焦电泳两方面,对分布于我国新疆和甘肃的沙蟒进行了研究。敦煌、东疆和北疆三个地区沙蟒的二倍体染色体数均为34条,其中大型染色体8对,小型染色体9对。不同地区沙蟒大型染色体的相对长度和臂率是不同的。用薄层聚焦的方法可以从东疆的沙蟒的晶状体蛋白中分离出13条主带,敦煌的沙蟒和北疆的沙蟒晶状体蛋白中分离出12条主带。从以上综合分析结果说明,敦煌的沙蟒和东疆的沙蟒与沙蟒属内其它沙蟒的差异均达到了种级水平,它们的新种名分别是 Eryx orentalis—xinjiangensis 及 Eryx dunhuangensis。This paper reports the karyotypes and thin layer isoelectric fccusing of the lens proteins of the sand boas from Dunhuang in Kansu,To- ksun and Kutun in Xinjiang.The diploid number these sand boas is 34,in- cluding 16 macrochromosomes and 18 microehromosomes.The reletive len- gths and ratios of macroehromosomes of these sand boas are different.By using the method of thin layer isoelectric focusing,len proteins of Tok- sun sand boas can be divided into 13 protein bands which area is bigger, while that of Dunhuang sand boas and Kuitun sand boas 12 ones.Comparing these sand boas with other sand boas in tne world,it is found that the sand boas in the north of Xinjiang are E.tataricus,the sand boas in the east of Xinjiang shoud belong to a new species and the sand boas in Dunh- uang another new species.
