摘　　要：本文报导了铁皮石斛种子试管苗的产生及大量繁殖,并介绍了一种施加营养液代替“转瓶”的简便方法。Shi hu is a precious Chinese traditional medicine, It belongs to Orchida- ceac Denbrobium and is well known as one of best medicine in D. officinale all over the world. Because of being widely used, lt is facing the danger of extinction now. In this paper, a method for production and a mass propagation of the tube -plantlets by the seeds of D. officinal is reported and a simple. method of using lipuid nutriend instead of“trasfer flask”is introduced
