摘 要:本文以凝胶化理论为依据,应用扭辫分析和红外光谱分析法,讨论了氨基醇酸树脂固化过程中氨基树脂的自交联行为。结果表明,高度醚化的三聚氰胺树脂同醇酸树脂的共缩聚反应占优势;当氨基树脂超量时,有可能发生自交联作用,提高反应温度和加大催化剂用量对自交联有促进作用。The self-curing of amino resin during the curing process of amino-alkyd resin has been studied based on gelation theory by using the IR and torsion braid analysis. It has been shown that the copolymerization of alkyd resin with highly etherified melamine resin predominates, but self-curing of melamine resin may occur if an excess of melamine resin is used and increasing temperature and catalyst used will promote the self=curing process.
