摘  要:1.把料仓、喂料器和秤作为保证称量精度不可分割的整体;2.采用螺旋喂料器,称量精度高、噪音低、粉尘小,这是国际上的新流派;3.采用扛杆—传感器式电子秤,适合国情,同样保证动态精度,并且,它与全传感器式的电子秤都是八十年代国际上流行的秤型;4.采用多级结构控制模式的微机控制系统,发挥软件功能,减少硬件数量,提高了可靠性;降低了造价,汉宇编程,使用直观明了.1. The hopper and feeder and scale are considered as an unseperated whole to ensure the weighing accuracy. 2. By introducing the screw feeder, weighing accuracy can be improved white the noise and dust be lowered. 3. The electronic scale of lever-se?sor type is suited for the Chinese condition. It can ensure the dynamic accuracy in weighing operation, and it is also a up-to-date one in 1980's in the world, just like the all-sensor one. 4. Softwares can be brought into play and the amount of hardwares can be reduced by adopting microcomputer controlling system with multistage structural control mode, while the depandabitity is increased and the cost lowered. Programming in Chinese characters makes the operation easy and audio visual.
