涤纶长丝粉末冶金钢领的失效机理研究及其修复工艺

摘  要:涤纶长丝牵伸机上的粉末冶金钢领,因与钢丝网长期磨损而失效,失效的主要表现为断头或空锭率增加。扫描电镜观察结果证明:长期磨损,使钢领跑道上的"毛细管"管口被异物不同程度地堵死,从而使供油系统中的润滑油不能到达摩擦付(钢领和钢丝圈)的工作表面,失去润滑作用,这就使摩擦付之间阻力增加,最后引起纱线断头。采用湿式光泽抛光法对钢领跑道表面进行抛光处理,可清除堵塞物,使钢领恢复供油能力,即恢复正常的工作能力。抛光后的钢领经专用透气性检查仪测试,透气性已恢复到规定投术标准。同时,大面积纺纱效果也证明完全恢复正常状态。The powder metallurgical rings used on the PET filament texturing machine may be of no effect for its long wear, and thus leads to the increase of the end breakage. Observing through the scanning electronic microscope, it is found that the 'capillary' orifices on the ring track surface are blocked by foreign substances in various degrees. For this reason, the lubricating oil in the oil supply system can not reach the rubbing surface and losses its function, and the friction between the ring and ring traveller increases and the end breakage occurs. with the wet polishing method, the ring track surface can be polished, the blocking substances can be clear ed up and the function of oil supply can be put into normal condition. Being tested with the special permeability tester, the polished ring's permeability has already returned to its specific technical standard and the spinning is in normal also.
