摘　　要：Adults of Ancylostoma duodenale could be successfully cultivated in vitro (Yasuraoka et al., 1960; Wang et al., 1979), but cultivation of juveniles of hookworm to adult stage has not been successful until Huang et al. reported their cultivating 17-day-old juveniles of this species of hookworms into adults in 1987 (Chin. Med. J., 67(1987), 2: 96—98).
