摘　　要：The heliospheric basic quantities, particle and energy densities and flux densities undergo two kinds of solar cycle variation, i.e. the sunspot and the coronal cycle variation, the latter being characterized by the life time of coronal structure L_C.Table 1 shows that the disturbed solar wind is a kind of high speed stream with lower Mach numbers, while the quiet solar wind a low speed flow with higher
