摘  要:Amorphous rare earth-transition metal (RE-TM) alloy films with perpendicular anisotropy have been considered as more suitable materials for high recording density in the erasable magneto-optical disc. In recent years, there are considerable reports describing the magneto-optical read/write characteristics on such amorphous films, e.g. TbFeCo and GdTbFe.
