摘　　要：Decision-making expert system can make decisions automatically. The study of human behavior, having been often found in processes of decision-making, is an essential prerequisite to build decision-making expert system. Nowaday decision-making researchers do their studies by means either of psychological model or of mathematical one. They never have studied human behavior from the piont of view of methodology. The authors first study the behavior from the point of view as follows, and thus offered an effective basis for budding decision-making expert systems:
