摘　　要：在调查我国卡林型金矿矿化层位分布及含矿性的基础上,对比总结了我国卡林型金矿成矿地质特征,探讨矿床的成因,指出了找矿方向。认为我国卡林型金矿分布板为广泛,具备优越的成矿条件,找矿前景是可观的。Based on the investigation of distribution and mineralized nature of carlin type gold mineralization horizons, the comparison and summarization of the metallogenic geological characters, the discussion of genesis are made and the exploration targets of carlin type gold deposit are pointed out . It is suggested that the distribution of carlin type gold deposit is very extensive, the metallogenic condition is advantageous and the prospect is impressive in china.
