摘　　要：正交偏光显微镜下旋错结构显示某种规律,结构和黑刷数目之间存在一定的关系,黑刷随偏振光振动方向旋转而旋转,符号相反的不同种结构间的相互作用可导致旋错消失。这些现象被概括为三定律。Disclination structures show certain regularity under microscope with crossed polarizers. There are definite relations between the structure and the number of black brushes, or the way the brushes rotate with the vibrating direction of polarized light. Interaction between different structures of opposite sign may lead to annihilation of disclinations. All these phenomena are summarized into three rules.
