摘 要:本文就短炭纤维/酚醛对脂炭复合材料(SCFRC)的石墨化行为进行了研究。X射线衍射结果表明,SCFRC中树脂炭的石墨化性能有较大改善,并且用较长的炭纤维制得的SCFRC中树脂炭石墨化性能的改善更为显著。探讨了炭纤维所起的作用,认为基质炭石墨化性能的改善是炭纤维抑制基质炭收缩而产生的热张应力的综合效应所产生的结果。The graphitization behaviour of short carbon reinforced phenol-carbon composites (SCFRC) was investigated. The experimental results show that the graphitization property of matrix-carbon in SCFRC has great improvement and that, the longer the carbon fibers used in SCFRC, the greater the impro- vement. The effects of carbon fibers are discussed, and it is concluded that the improvement on the graphitization property of matrix-carbon in SCFRC is owed to the thermal tensile stress which is caused by the carbon fibers' res- training the shrinkage of matrix carbon during heat treatment.
