摘  要:通过对粟几个细胞核雄性不育和雄性可育材料花药发育的细胞形态学研究、提出了粟可育花药存在“开裂腔”的概念;ChA杂合显性雄性不育株的花药因不能形成“开裂腔”而不开裂.全不育材料338A和金大A为无花粉型败育;高不育型不育系蒜系28和350A败育于小孢子期,极个别小孢子能发育为成熟花粉;不同材料间药隔维管束的正常与否表现不同.Anther development of nuclear male sterile and male fertile lines in foxtail millet was studied cytomorphologically in the first time, and a new concept of 'open space' in fertile anther tissue was suggested. Anthers of heterozygotic ChA plants could not open because they could not form 'open space' . The pollen abortion of Jinda A and 338 A was complete. Pollens of Suanxi 28 and 350 A aborted at the microspore stage similarly, but a few microspores could normally develop into mature pollens. Both normal anther cascular bundle and abnormal one in the various materials showed great difference.
