摘 要:本文研究了夏谷品质性状蛋白质、赖氨酸的遗传力,十余种氨基酸间的相关性,主要农艺性状对提高夏谷蛋白质含量的直接影响;提出为提高夏谷品种小米蛋白质含量的选择指数.与蛋白质相关的主要农艺性状通径分析表明,主要影响因子是千粒重、出米率.对蛋白质含量正、负向影响力大的性状间相互制约,故正确协调性状间的关系是提高蛋白质含量的重要前提.文中提出了几个较为适用的提高小米品质的选择公式.This paper is concerned in the study of hereditary capacity of protein and lysine in summer-sown foxtail millets, the correlation between more than ten of amino acids, the direct effect of main agronomic characters on the summer-sown foxtail millet protein content. Authors advanced also in the paper the selective indices for increasing the summer-sown foxtail millet protein contents.It was shown in the pathway analysis on the main agronomic characters associated with protein content that the major factors responsible for increase of millet protein content were 1000-grain weight and milling rate. It is importance for 1000- grain weight to increase the protein content. Therefore, the important premise for improvement of the protein content would be regulating properly relation of the characters which greatly influence the protein content.Selective indices were used as standard for comprehensive judgement on the quality character based on other characters in. this paper. The formulas here may be applicable for breeding of foxtail millet with better quality.
