摘 要:1984—1988年应用田间人工接种、盆栽人工接种鉴定和同工酶测定相结合的方法,鉴定了1919个粟品种资源对线虫病的抗性,选出22个高抗材料作抗源之用.筛选出多抗、双抗性抗源各5个和多抗优质资源3个、双抗优质资源1个,这些新发现的珍贵材料,是培育多抗优质新品种的重要物质基础.结果初步表明,粟抗、感线虫病品种的过氧化物酶同工酶谱有明显差异.品种抗病性与粟生育期、穗码松紧、刺毛长短明显相关.Using the methods of artificial inoculation in field and in pot (the soil had been sterilized) and determination of 33 peroxidase isoenzyme, 1919 foxtail millet materials resistant to Aphelenchoides besseyi were identified 1984-1988 Twenty two materials had been screened to be used as resistance sources. Among them there were 5 poly-resistant and 5 amphi-resistant sources, 3 poly-resistant and 1 amphi-resistant sources of good quality. These newly discovered and valuable sources in China were important material base for breeding new poly-resistant and good-quality millet varie ties. The results indicated that the peroxidase isoenzymes were markedly different between resistant varieties and infected varieties. The disease resistance was interrelated with the millet growth period, the density of spi-kelets and the length of seta.
