摘 要:本研究以石岐杂肉鸡自繁群体为素材选育了石岐黄鸡自别雌雄配套系。从26452只一日龄雏中选出快羽雏鸡和表型慢羽雏鸡,快慢羽雏鸡比例为3.4%和96.6%。计算公鸡群体中的慢羽基因频率为0.882,纯合慢羽公鸡在表型慢羽公鸡群中的提纯机率0.789。通过基因型测交,提纯出57只慢羽公鸡,组成了纯快慢羽品系。测定快慢羽两个品种母鸡共2229只500天饲养日产蛋量为175.9枚和168.5枚,料蛋比为4.25和4.32;自别雌雄杂种鸡的自别准确率为97.2%;杂种同亲本(快羽和慢羽品系)90天增重对比分别为1410±224克,1383±189克和1340±215克;肉料比分别为3.25、3.31和3.37。Feather sexing crossbred combinations of ' Shiqihuang ' quality broiler were selected from a common commercial 'Shiqiza ' broiler population. Early feathering and phenotypic late feathering chicks were selected from 26452 day-old chicks with the proportion of 3.4% and 96.6% of each type respectively. The gene frequency of late feathering type was calculated as 0.882 while the selection frequency of homozygous late feathering males in the phenotypic late feathering stock was 0.789. 57 late feathering males were developed by the genotype testcross to establish the purebred early-late feathering line. 2229 liens of both early and late feathering type were tested. Hen-day basis of 500 feeding days averaged 175.9 and 168.5, feed conversion, 4.25 and 4.32 respectively. The sexing accuracy of the feather sexing crossbreds reached 97.2%. Body weight of the crossbreds and its parents(early and late feathering ) at 90 days was 1410±224g, 1383±189g and 1340±215g, feed conversion, 3.25, 3.31 and 3.37respectively.
