奶山羊血液蛋白质多态性与产奶性能关系的研究

摘　　要：应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法测定了350只西农莎能奶山羊(以下简称西农羊)的血红蛋白(Hb)、转铁蛋白(Tf)、白蛋白(Alb)和X-蛋白质(X-p)的遗传多态型,得出了这些位点在群体中的表现型和基因频率。用最小二乘法估计了Tf和Hb类型对母羊90天产奶性能的基因型效应值,表明Tf类型对产奶性能的影响大于Hb类型;计算了Tf和Hb类型与产奶性能间的遗传相关系数和利用它们进行选种时相对于个体选择的效率,指出应用这些标记性状进行选种,对于在母羊未表现出生产能力之前或对公羊产奶性能的选择具有实际应用价值。Haemoglobin ( Hb ) , translerrin ( Tf ) , albumin ( Alb ) and X-protein ( X-p ) polymorphisms were investigated in 350 Xinong Saanen goats (XSG). The existence of three phenotypes were observed at Tf and Hb loci among populatioas. The frequencies at those loci have been calculated. Preliminary results in this study indicated that Alb and X-p of XSG may be nopolymorphic. Relationships between genetic markers and milk performance were analysed by Least Square Method/The results revealed that the correla-tions of Tf types with milk performance was closer than Hb's with that. The productivities of TfAB type carriers were advanced than that of TfAA and TfBB's. The best combinations of gene types were found to be TfAB-HbAB and TfAB-HbAA. The effects of those combinations were 4.79 and 3.06 percent in the total variations of milk performance, respectively. On the basis of the observed gene types , the genetic correlation coefficients between genetic markers and milk performance ware calculated. For fat production, the efficiency by using Tf types was 57.14% relative to that by individual selection.
