摘 要:电气设备外绝缘的一次污闪可以引起大面积长时间的停电,造成重大损失。本文作者利用等离子体的溅射作用,在降低玻璃、陶瓷表面亲水性离子和基团之后,以气相电化学反应在其表面上形成一层以硅为主体的憎水层,大大提高了绝缘子的耐污性能。本技术处理的玻璃试片经过热、紫外线加速老化、溶剂、酸和碱溶液的浸泡,其表面性能具有优良的稳定性。作者在成份分析的基础上,最后讨论了表面憎水层的形成机理。The flashover of external insulation in electrical equipments may interrupt the power transmission within a large area and for a long time and cause enormous loss in national economy.Therefore,it is important to investigate how to improve the surface dielectric properties of glass and ceramic insulators in contaminated environment.In this paper a technique is used to decrease the hydrophilitive ions and groups on the surfaces of glass and ceramics by plasma sputtering,then to deposit a hydrophobieitive film on them with electro-chemical reaction of gas phase.It shows that the surface property in contamination-resisting of insulators is greatly improved. The traeted samples have excellent stability during accelerated ageing test in thermal or untraviolet exposure,or after immersed in solvent,acid or alkali solutions.Finally,based on the component analysis,the mechanism of hydrophobicity of deposited film is discussed.
