摘  要:本文介绍的微分环—积分器用于测量电流幅值为几百千安、波前几十纳秒的强流陡脉冲。理论分析表明,当系数 K=Rd+Z/ωL_0.大于某一临界值时,由微分环测得的陡脉冲波前的误差较小。选定积分器时间常数时,应综合考虑对波前、脉宽及平顶降等参数的影响。根据以上分析,设计和研制了微分环—积分器,并在同轴式模拟试验装置中进行了一系列的测定。试验证实了上述理论研究结果,试验还证明所研制的微分环—积分器性能优良,其上升时间小于1ns。This paper describes the theoretical analysis and experimental investiga- tion of a differential loop-integrator for measuring pulse with several hundred kA and tens of us riSe time.The results from theoretical analysis show that when the coefficientK=(Rd+Z)/(wL_0)is larger than the critical constant K(?),then the error of the measured rise time is less.Meanwhile,only when the time constant of an integrator is detemined correctly,the error of the measured waveform parameters can be reduced.According to the analysis a differential loop-integrator is developed.A series of experiment investigations are done at the coaxial simulation testing device.The experiment results prove the indicated analysis and show that its rise time is less than 1 ns.
