摘　　要：我国是竹子资源大国,笋用竹资源也非常丰富。本文介绍了笋用竹林营造技术中的一些基本措施,一年中各时期的食用竹笋及其不同的栽培方法,同时对各类笋用竹的品质及经济效益也有介绍。China is a big country of bamboo resources. Barmboo shoot resources arc also very rich. This paper introduces some basis measures of plantation technology of bamboo shoot forest and edible bamboo shoot of every period in a year and its different planting method. At the same time this paper introduces quality of every bamboo shoot and its economic benefit.
