摘 要:杉木(Cunninghamia canceolata)及火力楠(Michelia macelurei)是我国南方优良用材林树种,但杉木人工林连栽后,常导致土壤肥力衰退;并积累某些多酚类毒性物质,致使林木的生产率降低。The relationship between the quantity of V-A mycorrhizal hungi and tree growth of Chinese Fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata) was studied in 1984-1986. The result showed that the amount of VAM fungi in the soils increased, gradually in order of the pure Chinese Fir. forest, mixed forest of Chinese Fir. with Michelia macelurei and the pure M.ma celurei forest. The nutrient content of N, P, K, Ca and Mg in the soil increased also in the same order of the forests. The year growth in length of Chinese Fir.in the mixed forest was by 3.5% more than in the pure Chinese Fir. forest, the growth of D. B. H. by 20%. The pure Chinese Fir.forest differs from the mixed forest in the quantity of VAM fungi spores, but.there is no big differences in the diversity of VAM fungi spores between the two forests.The genus Glomus is the dominant VAM fungi in the soils of the three kinds of forest. G. fasciculatus is the commonest VAM fungi in the soil. Acoulospora is the second commonest one, Gigaspora was less found. The activities of phosphatase of soil and mycorrhizal of M. macelurei are much better than Chinese Fir.
