摘　　要：作者于1978年至1989年共收治17例皮肤恶性肿瘤病例。根据肿瘤所发生的部位及切除后缺损的大小之不同,采用皮肌瓣,皮瓣,游离植皮及直接缝合等.四种手术方式,创口愈合良好。其中10例得到随访,平均随访时间为二年零5个月。除1例局部复发,再次手术治愈外,9倒均Ⅰ期治愈无复发。并对手中的操作及术式的选择,预后进行了讨论。This article reports 17 cases of skin cancer in recent 11 years.According to the different sites of the turnours and the different sizes of the post- operatire skin defect,the authors adopted myocutancous flap,local skin flap, skin graft and direct suture.Wounds healed satisfactory 10 of the 17 cases were followed up,The average follow-uptime is twoye arsand five months,the tumours have not recurred except Ⅰ case,This paper also discusses the operutire methods and prognosis.
