摘　　要：本文对离体手指和乳腺皮肤经 YAG 激光照射,照射功率相同.时间从2～14秒的各组皮肤损伤程度.进行病理组织学观察.表皮改变从空泡变性至坏死焦痴形成.碳化缺损.真皮胶元纤维粗大至相互融合均质状.真皮血管内皮细胞肿胀、管腔闭塞或血管消失.We observed the pathologic appearances of skin in vitro of the fingers and breast which had been irradiated with laser.The injury degree of the skin was different as with same power and different time.The changes of the skin were differed from blisters and loose organization to epidermic eschar formation.The dermis showed collagen fiber thickness and homogeneity.The vessels demonstrated swelling of endothelial cells,obliteration of lumens,or disappearance of the vessels in dermis.
