摘  要:将含钒微合金钢在(γ+α)两相区加热后直接水淬至室温及在450℃等温不同时间后水淬,获得不同组织比的显微组织。利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜及图象分析仪对显微组织进行仔细观察和定量分析。进行了拉伸和冲击试验,研究了双相钢中第二相性质、体积分数对拉伸和冲击性能的影响。试验表明适量的贝氏体对强度延伸率的匹配无不利影响,而双相钢中贝氏体的存在大大改善冲击韧性。Microalloyed vanadium bearing steel was intercritically annealed at (γ+α) region and then water-quenched to room temperature or water-quenched after holding at 450℃ for different time to obtain varying microstructures. Careful microstructure examinations have been performed, using optical microscopy, SEM and TEM as well as quantitative image analysis. Tensile and impact properties have been tested. The effects of nature and volume fraction of second phase in dual phase steels on tensile and impact properties have been investigated. The results show that an appropriate amount of bainite has no deleterious effect on strength-elongation balance. The presence of bainite greatly improves the impact toughness of the dual phase steels.
