多锭联体模寿命和结构的优化研究

摘  要:在大型炼钢厂的注车上使用多锭联体模回收注余钢水是冶金企业一件变废为宝的新生事物,也是提高炼钢厂经济效益的重要途径之一。The use of multiple-ingot-unite-mold on the mold car at the large scale steeworks for recovering the casting residual hot metal is a new things of changing the waste into treasures and a main way for increasing the economic efficiency of the steelwork。 Present paper discusses the main factors which affect the life of the unite-mold (split mold). Through the calculating of temperature field and defining maxionum meshwork tempera-ture difference, the affect of mold material and structure on the life of the ingot have been ana-lyzed and studied. As a result the optimizing procedure was adopted e. g. decreasing the thickness of original cavity-wall-mold rationally, omitting the disperse heat hole, simplifying the cast-ing technology instead of the gray cast iron into vermicular iron. A new 200mm^2 six-ingot-solid-thin-wall-unite-mold have been designed. (affrevi-ated original cavity-wall-mold and solid wall mold hereafter). The analysis of the optimized multiple-ingot-solid-wall-mold shows that the comsump- tion of the mold decreased range from 24 kg/t to 10 kg/t below. In addtion they are easier to manufacturing that can overcome many disadventages of theoriginal-cavity-wall-mold and give a great value in practice and a economic sense for severalstealworks.
