摘 要:本文作者通过对模具钢材料电解锉削光整加工实验的研究证明,在电解锉削中电化学过程起主要作用。同时证明,在固定电流密度,电压、阴极导电工具、锉削时间等工艺参数前提下,改变电解液浓度,电化学作用有一定限度。从而指出,要进一步降低粗糙度Ra,必须采用复合抛磨。The electrochemical takes a main part in electrolysis file. The conclusion has been made through the experimental study of die steel electrolysis file porocess. It shows that if the parameters such as current density, voltage, toolof electric conduction of negative pale, time of file keep unchanging, the Variance of electrochemical function caused by the consistency and composition of electrolyte has it's limitation. Furthermore, the writer points out that compound polishing technology must be taken for Coarseness Ra further improvement.
