摘　　要：本文结合作者从事县级经济发展战略规划的实践,全面论述了县级规划与全国经济发展的关系,县级经济所具有的功能,县级规划的基本内容以及县产业的培植等主要问题。This paper discusses the writer's strategy plan for the relationshipbetween the plan for county region's. economic development and the plan forthe development of the whole country. The paper includes a discussion of the economy at the county region,the basic, substances of the plan, and the major problems on the cultivatedgro?e of industry on the county. region.
