摘　　要：同一个医疗信息系统在不同的医疗机构使用时,因为各机构工作流程的不同,会面临流程变动的问题;信息系统在同一家医疗机构的使用过程中,因为医疗机构的规章制度变化、业务调整等原因也会发生流程变动的问题。针对该问题本研究提出一种解决方法:将实际工作流程描述为一个业务流程模型,模型的建立是在一定的约束条件下对基本业务单元进行组合而成,通过业务流程模型的配置来改变医疗信息系统的实际工作流程。在远程会诊系统中对此方法进行了实践,建立了一个业务流程可配置的远程会诊系统。结果表明该方法能较好地解决医疗信息系统中的流程变动问题。Revision of medical information system according to workflow adjustment is a cumbersome problem, which may happen when the information systems are used in different medical institution, or the process management method has been adjusted in the same institution. The paper presented an approach to solve this problem. The real-life workflow was described as a model of business process. The model was constructed through a combination of a group of basic business processing units under certain constraints. The real-life workflow could be easily adjusted through configuring the model without revising any source codes of the information system. The implementation of the proposed method was explained in a tele-consuhation system. The results proved the capability of the method for configuring process dynamically in medical information systems.
