摘　　要：本文测定117例各种肝病及阻塞性黄疸患者的血浆氨基酸,经统计结果证实,不同肝病有各异的氨基酸特征。其中以肝脑病,肝细胞性黄疸、阻塞性黄疸、原发性肝癌组之变化更显著。Plasma amino acids and BCAA/AAA ratio were analyzed in 117 patients with ditierent hronic liver diseases or obstructive jaundice and 142 normal controls.It is confirmed by tatistical analysis that different amino acid patterns are present in different diseased roups, especially in those of encephalopathy, obstructive jaundice and primary hepatocellular arcinoma.
