除湿化瘀方治疗高血尿酸血症22例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察单独服用"除湿化瘀方"对高血尿酸血症病人血尿酸等水平客观指标的影响。方法选择小样本开放性自身对照疗效观察的研究方法。予22例高血尿酸血症病人连续服用"除湿化瘀方"汤剂2个月,测定比较服药前、后1、2个月尿酸及血脂代谢相关指标的变化,同时询问病人用药前、后的主观感觉。结果40%病人主观感觉好转;血尿酸有轻度下降,但无显著差异(P>0.05),24h尿尿酸及血清黄嘌呤氧化酶无改变(P>0.05);血清甘油三酯和胆固醇水平在服药2个月时显著下降(P<0.05);未发现明显不良反应。结论单独服用"除湿化瘀方"汤剂对高血尿酸血症患者血尿酸水平无明显影响,而对伴发的高脂血症有作用,但这种降血脂的效果与疗效的关系尚需进一步研究。Objective To observe the influences of Chushihuayu decoction on the level of serum uric acid in hyperuricemia patients. Methods Hyperurieemia patients had been given Chushihuayu decoction twice a day for 2 months. The serum uric acid level as well as lipid metabolism related indexes were tested before treatment, and one month and two months after the treatment at the same time. Changes of symptoms were followed and recorded. Results Symptoms were improved in 40% of the patients. The serum uric acid levels decreased slightly but without obvious statistical difference （P 〉 0.05）. There was no change in the uric acid level of 24 hours urine and in the serum level of xanthine oxidase before and after treatment （P 〉 0.05）. However, the serum cholesterol as well as serum triglyceride decreased significantly after two months treatment （P 〈 0.05）. No obviously side effects were noticed. Conclusion The Chushihuayu de- coction didn＇ t have any significant influences on the serum uric acid level of hyperuricemia patients. But it relieved accompanied hyperlipemia. The relationship between the lowered serum lipid and relieves of patients＇ symptoms needs to be studied further.
