耳后区进路切除第二鳃裂囊肿8例分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨耳后区进路切除第二鳃裂囊肿的可行性及美容效果。方法:8例第二鳃裂囊肿患者(其中男3例,女5例),采用耳后区切口进路作病变切除术。结果:全部病变被完整切除,切口愈合良好,无耳大神经和面神经下颌缘支损伤。经平均14.5个月随访,病变无复发,瘢痕隐蔽。结论:耳后区进路切除第二鳃裂囊肿方法可行,并可获得理想的美容效果。PURPOSE： To assess the feasibility and outcome of a retroauricular approach for removing the second branchial cleft cyst. METHODS： Eight patients underwent removal of the second branchial cleft cyst （3 males and 5 females）using a retroauricular approach. RESULTS： All eight second branchial cleft cysts were successfully removed and the wounds healed uneventfully. No patient suffered from weakness of the great auricular nerve. No marginal nerve palsy occurred. The follow-up averaged 14.5 months, no lesions recurred. The scars of incision were invisible. CONCLUSION： Resection of the second branchial cleft cyst resection using retroauricular approach is feasible and the cosmetic outcome is acceptable.
