摘  要:目的利用高频超声检查系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)患者颈动脉内-中膜厚度(inti ma-medialthickness,I MT)及肱动脉血管内皮舒张功能,对SLE患者中亚临床动脉粥样硬化病变进行评估。方法超声检查36例SLE患者(绝经前妇女,SLE病程1年以上)和36例正常对照组颈动脉I MT及肱动脉内皮依赖性(endothelium-dependent dilation,EDD)及非内皮依赖性(endothelium-independent dilation,EID)舒张功能,并进行对比分析。结果SLE患者颈动脉I MT与对照组之间的差异具有显著性意义,SLE组肱动脉内皮依赖性及非内皮依赖性舒张功能,EDD/EID与正常对照组对比差异显著。结论超声检查SLE患者颈动脉I MT及肱动脉内皮舒张功能可作为预测心血管事件的早期手段。Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate sub clinical atherosclerosis in patients of SLE by ultrasound examination of IMT of the Carotid (CA) and endothelium dilation function of the brachial artery. Methods Measurements of IMT of the CA and endothelium dilation function, including endothelium-dependent dilation (EDD) and endothelium independent dilation (EID) of the brachial artery were performed by ultrasound in 36 premenopausal women with SLE (course of diseases )one year) and 36 healthy premenopausal women subjects. Results IMT of the CA in patients with SLE was thickness significantly than that of normal group. Endothelium dilation function of the braehial artery in patients with SLE was low significantly than that of normal group. IMT of the CA and endothelium dilation function of the brachial artery in patients with SLE had a relation of negativity. Conclusions Ultrasound examination of IMT of the CA and endothelium dilation function of the brachial artery in SLE patients can play a important role in forecast heart disease in early stage.
