彩超在小腿肌肉内静脉血栓中的诊断及鉴别诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对小腿肌肉内静脉血栓的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。方法对35例疑诊小腿深静脉血栓患者进行下肢深静脉超声检查。结果小腿肌肉内静脉血栓19例,肌间血肿11例,假性动脉瘤1例,腘窝囊肿2例,皮下软组织水肿2例。结论彩超有助于明确诊断小腿肌肉内静脉血栓,并能较好地进行鉴别,对临床治疗方式的选择有肯定意义。Objective To study the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of calf muscular venous thrombosis and other diseases. Methods 35 patients suspected calf muscular venous thrombosis were exam- ined by color Doppler ultrasound. Results Among the 35 cases, 19 cases were with calf muscular venous thrombosis, 11 with calf haematoma, 1 with false aneurysm, 2 with baker cyst, 2 with hepatic edema, the images are different. Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound can be the first choice and reliable imaging method in distinguishing the calf muscular venous thrombosis. It is necessary to do ultrasound exam before anticoagulation.
