关节镜术后外用伤骨科Ⅱ号治疗膝骨关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察关节镜术后外用伤骨科Ⅱ号治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法:选择早、中期膝关节骨性关节炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,并进行临床疗效评价和IL-6检测。结果:治疗组缓解6例,显效10例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率为95.0%,与对照组2相比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05);但与对照组1比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组前后相比IL-6含量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),各组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:关节镜术后外用伤骨科Ⅱ号治疗膝骨关节炎有较好的疗效,值得临床推广。Objective：To observe the effect of external use of Shangguke Ⅱ combined with arthroscopic technique in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis（OA）.Methods：Patients with knee OA in the early stage and metaphase were enrolled and randomly grouped into treatment group and control group for evaluation of clinical effect and measurement of IL-6.Results：In treatment group,complete relief was observed in 6 cases,excellent result was observed in 10 cases,effectiveness in 3 cases and ineffectiveness in 1 case.The total effective rate was 95%.Compared to control group 2,the difference was statistically insignificant（P〉0.05） but compared with control group 1,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.There was remarkable difference in the content of IL-6 before and after the treatment in treatment group（P〈0.05） and also between treatment group and control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The external use of traditional Chinese medicine combined with arthroscopic technique for knee OA has good clinical effect and deserves more wide clinical application.
