锁定加压钢板治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察和分析锁定加压钢板治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的治疗效果。方法运用有限切开复位用锁定加压钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折37例，男24例，女13例，按Sehazker分型：Ⅲ型13例，Ⅳ型11例，Ⅴ型7例，Ⅵ型6例。结果37例患者均获随访，随访时间为6-18个月，平均10．4个月。根据Rasmussen膝关节功能评分标准：优25例，良10例，中2例，优良率94．6％。结论切开复位锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折，疗效好，固定牢固，抗弯力强，具有不宜松动的优点，术后膝关节功能恢复满意。Objective To explore the clinical results of tibial plateau fractures treated with locking compression plate （LCP）. Methods 37 patients suffered from tibial plateau fractures were treated with LCP. All the fractures were classified according to the schazker classification system, type Ⅲ 13 cases, type Ⅳ 11 cases, type Ⅴ 7 cases, type Ⅵ 6 cases. Resuits The patients were followed up 6 - 18 months with an average of 10.4 months postoperatively. All patients were assessed by the Rasmussen scoring system which 25 patients got excellent result, 10 were good and 2 were average. The excellent and good rate was 94.6%. Conclusion The treatment of tibial plateau fracture with LCP is characterized by strong fixation, high distortion resistance, low rate of loosening and satisfied postoperative knee function.
